The boring details.
- What counts as one credit?
- One credit = one full audit run. All nine sections, validation pass, JSON + PDF export. Light preview audits don't cost a credit.
- Do credits expire?
- Starter and Studio packs are valid 12 months from purchase. Scale (1000 pack) is valid 18 months. Unused credits at expiry don't refund.
- Refund policy?
- Full refund within 30 days for any unused portion of a pack. Used credits don't refund individually. Email us if something's wrong.
- Can I get an invoice / pay by ACH?
- Stripe Checkout handles invoicing for any pack. ACH and SEPA bank transfer are available on Scale. For purchase orders, email us — we'll figure it out.
- Does the price include VAT?
- Swedish VAT (25%) applies to EU consumer purchases. Stripe Tax handles the math at checkout based on your billing country. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID see reverse charge automatically.
- What about an enterprise plan?
- Not at launch. The Scale pack covers most teams up to ~80 audits/month for a year. Past that, email us and we'll talk about volume terms.
